By engaging DevXtech for any project or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

DevXtech provides digital strategy, design, custom web and mobile development, branding, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be agreed upon in writing or via a project proposal prior to starting work.

Payment terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual project proposal or invoice. Standard terms may require an initial deposit before work commences, with full balance payments due upon project milestones or completion.

Taxes and fees: Clients are responsible for any applicable local taxes, bank transfer fees, or currency conversion charges associated with their payments.

15-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with our services or wish to cancel a project, you may request a refund within 15 days of initial payment or service commencement.

No refunds after 15 days: We do not offer refunds after 15 days under any circumstances. Once the 15-day window has passed, all paid fees become strictly non-refundable due to the dedicated resource allocation, design work, and development hours expended.

Client ownership: Upon full payment of all outstanding project fees, the final design files, website code, and deliverables created specifically for you will become your property.

Agency portfolio rights: DevXtech retains the right to display completed project designs, work previews, and client testimonials in our agency portfolio, marketing materials, and website showcase unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Clients agree to provide required assets, branding guidelines, content, and timely feedback needed for project completion. Delays caused by a lack of client communication or delayed assets may affect original delivery schedules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevXtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, site downtime, or third-party service outages (such as web hosting, domain registrars, or API providers).

Revisions included in the project scope must be requested during the active design or development phase.

Any major scope changes, additional feature requests, or work requested outside the original project agreement will be quoted separately.

Our site and deliverables may integrate with third-party software, tools, plugins, or platforms. DevXtech is not responsible for the privacy practices, uptime, or content of third-party services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

DevXtech reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site and services signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
